Lo mejor la comodidad y la atención
Excelente trato. Los dueños son un encanto, muy atentos y agradables, además el hotel está en el centro, centro. La zona es preciosa y totalmente segura Ofrecen una plaza de aparcamiento (al otro lado de la muralla pero cerquita) totalmente gratis. Tienen detallitos, ponen una cajita de frutos secos que la repusieron y todo, y al enterarse que ibamos de viaje de novios nos añadieron una cesta de fruta con unas copas de vino y una nota . Las camas muy cómodas con almohadas dobles y además cojines,
Quizá el precio sea un poco más alto de lo que me hubiera gustado.

Si buscas simplicidad y una buena ubicacion en el centro de Chania es el hotel ideal.
La ubicacion es excelente, estas en el centro de Chania y en una de las mejores calles. El personal es amable y se esfuerza por ayudar en todo. Recomendaciones de restaurantes, excursiones e incluso facilitarte una esterilla de yoga. El hotel esta limpio y la habitacion es espaciosa.
Quizas como en Chania es una ciudad tan cuidada, te esperas que el hotel por dentro tambien mantenga ese encanto. La recepcion es basica, nos atendio un Señor (muy amable) pero que no nos entendia. Todo el hotel esta reformado y eso es importante, pero le falta ese toque magico que te hace sentirte en un sitio especial. Las habitaciones no tienen vistas. Una nota importante: El hotel esta dentro del centro historico, si vienes en coche debes aparcar fuera de la muralla y caminar hasta el hotel con tus maletas. Eso es asi en la mayoria de hoteles de de la ciudad. Solo los mas top ofrecen el servicio de tuk tuk para llevartelas.
